Viva Las Vegas.....Kickin' It Old School! We took off for a night drive tonight. There's no place like Vegas as far as we've seen. Where else can you get married, get out of jail and divorced all in one building? (last picture). The lights, signs, decorative fountains, statues, etc are really spectacular. The "Wynn" sign has to be the best. It is so cool. It slides new screens in a progressive movement that reveals lifelike 3D images of the attractions. The nice thing about travelling around at night, is you can't see the spots of construction that make it a bit ugly by daylight. It's really a place to come with wads of cash you had no idea you had. They can't be operating this place by people leaving with more than they came with!! The entertainment is amazing. They've got Rascal Flats, Cher, Bette Midler, Elton John, Cirque d'Soleil, etc, etc going on all at once. Unfortunately, with a little one and a limited budget, we aren't going to any shows on this trip. The casinos are like any other anywhere else. Filled with fat, sad, smoking, drunk people. There's very little glamour to be seen when it comes to the patrons. How can you tell I'm not a gambler!! We had fun going bowling and the kiddie arcade. Yvonne is thrilled to have so much excitement around her.
