Bryce Canyon National Park became our fifth and final National Park of this trip. This park is so beautiful. In contrast to Zion, where you drive at the bottom of huge red cliffs, at Bryce, all the lookouts are from the rim of the canyon looking down. The canyon is all spires and hoodoos of red sandstone. As you can see, there's quite a lot of snow there still. We were up as high as 9,000 feet above sea level today, so it was pretty cool. Just a few days ago, the entire area got a dose of new snow. Yvonne was in her glory, though. She spent the entire day making snow stuff. She had a hoot blasting us with snowballs when we weren't looking.
One of the highlights of the day is we got to witness two ravens mating. Considering how quickly it happens, it's quite something to be right there at the right time. Spring is in the air........
