Doug Orser turns 65!!! Maureen put together a surprise party that was a big surprise, alright!! We were lucky not to give the old guy a heart attack when we popped out of his kitchen! We were the first to get there, but the house quickly filled up with cousins, grandkids, aunts and uncles. We ended up with 15 people for the afternoon party, dinner and cake. Yvonne and Grei had a great time. They chased poor Jessie around all afternoon. The middle picture is of Jessie hauling the girls around on a lawn chair. We have some cute video of them just giggling away.

The biggest surprise of the day was when a Sears delivery truck (a big, big one) arrived and rolled out the ride-em mower! WOW, he was speechless. Happy Birthday, Doug.

Yvonne and Kayley Morch were reunited on June 1st. The Morch's are now located in Ontario about an hour out of Ottawa, so it was a big treat to see them here in Vancouver. We went to a potluck dinner their friends Cindy and Jim held for them in North Vancouver. We were so lucky to get a nice warm sunny day. The kids were playing on a slippery slide. The girls just picked up like they'd been together every day. Our last time together ended on January 1st!! See you guys again soon!
